Your First Project

Start your journey with Intarva. You can scaffold a new project via the Terminal for speed, or use the Visual Editor for a drag-and-drop hardware setup.

1. The CLI Workflow

Scaffolding a project via the CLI is the fastest way to get an enterprise-ready folder structure with pre-configured transpilers.

Initialize the Project

intarva init my-first-circuit --template standard
            

Open in VS Code

cd my-first-circuit
code .
            

2. The Visual Workflow

If you prefer a hardware-first approach, you can build your circuit visually and let Intarva handle the logic scaffolding.

1. Start a “New Project”

Launch the Intarva Desktop App and select “New Project”. You’ll be prompted to choose a workspace directory where your code modules will live.

2. Drag & Drop Components

Drag a Pico and an LED from the library onto the virtual board. As soon as you wire them together, Intarva’s engine prepares the underlying pin mappings in real-time.

3. Writing Your First Logic

Intarva is a multi-language simulator. You can write your firmware using the language you already know.

4. Launch the Simulator

cd my-first-circuit
intarva dev
            

Save your files in VS Code, and watch the Hot-Reload engine update the simulation in real-time. No flashing, no waiting.
