Logic Gates Matrix

Pure hardware logic without microcontrollers. Intarva’s 74HC series models provide bit-perfect simulation of discrete digital circuits.

Boolean Algebra & Physical Logic

In Intarva, logic gates are more than just mathematical functions—they are electrical models. They follow the CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) standard used in the 74HC series.

Propagation Delay (10ns)

Digital signals don’t move instantly. Intarva simulates a 10 nanosecond delay between an input change and the output result. This allows you to build real-world circuits like Ring Oscillators.

Threshold Voltages

Gates in Intarva have specific switching thresholds. An input is only considered HIGH if it exceeds 2.0V (for a 5V supply). Anything below 0.8V is considered LOW.

The X-State: If two gate outputs are connected to the same wire and drive different values (e.g., one HIGH, one LOW), Intarva flags a Conflict (X) to protect your virtual circuit from damage.

Technical Matrix

IC Model Logic Type Truth Table Summary Pin Configuration
74HC08 AND Output is HIGH only if both inputs are HIGH. Quad 2-Input
74HC32 OR Output is HIGH if at least one input is HIGH. Quad 2-Input
74HC00 NAND Universal Gate. Inverted AND logic. Quad 2-Input
74HC86 XOR Output is HIGH only if inputs are different. Quad 2-Input
74HC04 NOT Inverts the input signal. Hex Inverter
